God's Gift of Himself

As friends and family normally want to help us along so our loving Father will meet our needs as we go to Him in an attitude of trust and confidence. The surprising turn in this story is that what God really longs to give us is himself!  His desire is to fill us with his presence through the giving of His Holy Spirit, however, this abundance only happens if we truly long for an intimate relationship of love with our loving Father.
