Welcoming our New Children and Families Pastor

We are very pleased to announce that Shara Benavidez joined our Ministry team as the Children and Families Pastor on July 1st. 

Shara brings a wide breadth of experience and gifts to this position with strong leadership capabilities. As the hiring committee interacted with Shara, we were impressed with her commitment to following Christ which was evident in her past work experience and through her words. 

We are excited to have Shara lead our children’s ministry here at WPBC and to work closely with our families in fostering ongoing spiritual formation. Thank you for joining with us in prayer and interest through this process. We thank God for leading Shara to Weston Park.
