The world pays homage to the strong, aggressive, managerial individuals who know what action is necessary in every situation. Fearless 'A' type personalities are applauded as people who make things happen! Surprisingly, Jesus takes a contrary position and affirms all those who are humble and live in dependence upon God. The challenge we face is, which perspective do we align ourselves with? Do we embrace a child-like faith in our Creator Redeemer God or claim our independence and jettison G-O-D from our daily concerns?
