On Thursday, October 1 at 7:30 pm, we're heading to Timothy Eaton Memorial Church  (230 St. Clair Avenue West) to see Son of a Preacherman by Ins Choi.

Ins is the creator of Kim's Convenience, which he first wrote as a stage play before it became the hit television series. His new work is an autobiographical play about growing up as the son of a preacher. There's a local connection, too: some years ago, Rebecca and Ins, along with two others, co-wrote The KJV: The Bible Show, a play about the King James Version of the Bible.
