As a leadership team we have identified three key areas where you can help:

  1. Administration Team - Duties

    • Set up registration email and phone line
    • Send reminder out day before registration deadline
    • Gather information from email and phone line and input it into registration sheet.
    • Designate pews per registration (Alcove will be used for drop-in overflow)
    • Put bulletin and children packages in pews – per registration
    • Bi-weekly commitment – two teams of 2
  2. Ushers Team - Duties

    • Arrive 30 minutes before the service
    • Set up table in lobby with hand sanitizer and registration list
    • Escort people to designated pews according to the registration list
    • Escort people out of the church after service in orderly fashion
    • Monitor bathroom during the service
    • Once per month commitment – four teams of 3
  3. Cleaning Team - Duties

    • Arrive 45 minutes before the service
    • Wipe down pews, bannisters and doorknobs surrounding church sanctuary prior to and after the service
    • Once per month commitment  – four teams of 3
