Setting Our Faces Toward Jerusalem...
Lent, a season observed in the Christian church since the 3rd century, begins with Ash Wednesday and ends on Palm Sunday. It is connected to the 40 days of Jesus’ period of suffering in the desert before starting his ministry.
As Jesus took his disciples with him, we would like to model their companionship, going through the season of Lent together as a community.
